6sixs Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform by Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern your access to and use of the 6sixs platform, available at https://6sixs.ws and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 6sixs (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "the Company").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the Player" or "the User") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 6sixs. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless stated otherwise.

Access to and use of the 6sixs Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You warrant and represent that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and remain satisfied for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21. 6sixs employs age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of 6sixs, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in good faith and have provided accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process.
• You are not using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law for personal use.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid mobile number (a Bangladesh-based number is accepted), a valid email address, and a date of birth. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's identity when registering.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 6sixs Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your registered mobile number and email address, remain accurate and up to date.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

6sixs will never ask for your password by email, chat or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 6sixs and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Account verification may be required before the processing of withdrawals or at any time at the Company's discretion. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and may additionally require proof of registered payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All account balances on the 6sixs Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (subject to availability and minimum transfer thresholds)
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank acceptance)

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing timeframes are displayed in the wallet section of your account at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to your account. 6sixs reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal where the transaction triggers an internal risk or compliance review. The processing time for withdrawals is typically within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.

Currency: All amounts on the Platform are displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. 6sixs does not apply currency conversion fees for BDT transactions; however, if your payment provider applies its own fees for mobile wallet or bank transfer transactions, those fees are outside the control of 6sixs.

From time to time, 6sixs may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each offer.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winnings become withdrawable as cash.
• Bonuses have a validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue) within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonuses not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 6sixs reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension.

Any bonus terms specific to a particular promotion — including game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions during active bonus play, and minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses — will be stated clearly in the promotional communication and in the relevant section of the Platform.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the 6sixs Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Sports Betting: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or result void, settled bets will be subject to the specific sport rules applicable at the time.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play odds are updated continuously. 6sixs is not liable for any latency between the live event and the odds displayed on the Platform. Any bets placed during a temporary suspension of the market will be voided.
• Casino & Slot Games: All games are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) and are supplied by audited third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information panel.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. 6sixs is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by issues outside its reasonable control, including player internet connectivity problems.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or manifest pricing error, 6sixs reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet state. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from a verified technical malfunction.

Maximum payout limits per single bet or per event may apply and will be displayed in the relevant betting interface. 6sixs reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on specific events or markets at its sole discretion.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 6sixs Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls applied by 6sixs.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic approach designed to exploit bonus offers or promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational use.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to transfer, conceal or convert funds of illegal origin.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive communication with 6sixs staff or other players via any channel.

All content on the 6sixs Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 6sixs or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 6sixs.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Use the 6sixs brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

All rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved by 6sixs and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6sixs expressly excludes all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6sixs shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 6sixs, including telecommunications network failures, power outages, or third-party payment provider downtime.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional details that contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 6sixs's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6sixs collects and processes personal data about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and the Company. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include:

• Collecting identity and contact information for account registration, verification and communications.
• Processing transaction data for deposit, withdrawal and wagering history.
• Monitoring account activity for fraud prevention, AML compliance and responsible gaming purposes.
• Using anonymised and aggregated data for internal analytics and Platform improvement.

6sixs will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reopened under any circumstances until the exclusion period has expired and a mandatory 24-hour reinstatement waiting period has elapsed.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

Termination by the Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting the 6sixs support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by 6sixs: 6sixs reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity associated with your account.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• Continuing to provide the service to you creates unacceptable commercial or legal risk for the Company.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 6sixs reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market.

Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 6sixs Platform or these Terms, you should first contact the 6sixs support team at [email protected], setting out the nature of your complaint clearly and providing any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial complaint review, you may request escalation to the 6sixs compliance team via the same email address. The compliance team will provide a final resolution within 21 business days of receiving the escalated complaint.
